Crashed after 10 months. Hardware failure is what the IT shop advised. Video or motherboard, they could not determine. $112.00 and it worked for 2 days. Took it back. Worked for a week. Crashed. They said it needs a new motherboard. Gateway is the only place to get one. $400.00. Warranty? 6-months. Gateway doesn't care. They will never get another dollar from me. They sell junk. It is all made in China.
