Review:
I was pretty much excited when i got this one. The feature that attracted me of buying it was the high speed performance. The Lenovo T61 Thinkpad is offered with a wide spectrum of built-in features. You can carry it around with you (336 x 237 x 28mm 'n 2.3kg), processor 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7300, Ram goes to 4GB, hard disk drive up to 200GB, Intel Wireless-N, Intel turbo memory, 128 MB nVidia NVS 140M or Intel X3100 graphic cards, DVD burner.....'n the list goes on. Overall its good choice 'n value for money edition.

Well Lenovo ThinkPad T61p was my first ever laptop but I sold it for HP's Laptop. It come with good combination. 1. It comes with IBM think-vantage button that dose taking care of most updates and revision on hardware BISO as well as on software driver that reduce hardware & software conflicts and problems. 2. Best keypad for the laptop on today market, waterproof spill protection on keypad. 3. The laptop completes with latest hardware and three years warranty. 4. It completes with latest wireless Bluetooth, and 802.11a/b/g/n, n for future wireless speed. 5. Separate graphic NVIDIA memory for professional CAD workstation. 6. Thin and lightweight design complete with fingerprint reader for protection and login convenience. 7. It produces less heat on the unit keypad awhile in typing. 8. This is best choice laptop to go for professional home office user.

The Lenovo line of laptops is synonymous with quality, durability, portability and design. In the recent purchase of IBM PC\desktop divisions to Lenovo, Lenovo has maintained the IBM brand perfectly. The Thinkpad T61 boasts the following hardware: Intel T7100(1.8GHz) Dual Core Centrino processor, 1GB RAM (up to 3 Gb usable memmory) a 120 GB 5400rpm Hard Drive, 15.4 inch widescreen LCD (1280x800), Intel X3100 graphics chipset, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11abg wireless, built in modem, 1 Gb integrated ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, Windows Vista Business edition. The T61 is not a typical laptop, and is designed for the business professional, hence the extra security with the secure chip, and fingerprint reader. One nice addition is the firewire port, memory card reader. Although it does come at a cost, only 3 available usb ports. A business class machine with some bells and whistles for the consumer as well.
